conditions we help with
Depression
It is not weakness. It is something that deserves real support.
Depression affects how you think, how you feel, and how you move through your day. At Bay Wellness Group, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you understand what is happening and start feeling like yourself again.
what it feels like
Depression does not always look the way people expect.
For many people it has been going on so long it starts to feel like just who they are. It is not.
Sometimes it is the heaviness that makes getting out of bed feel impossible. Sometimes it is going through the motions of daily life while feeling completely empty inside. It might look like irritability, withdrawal, or losing interest in things that used to matter.
Depression is a health concern that responds to treatment, and the right support makes a genuine difference.
