Bay Wellness Group was founded in 2021 by Jonathan Rollins, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and U.S. Army Purple Heart Veteran, out of a belief that patients deserve more connected, more collaborative healthcare.
What started as a single counseling practice has grown into a multidisciplinary integrated healthcare organization serving Northwest Florida. We've expanded from counseling to psychiatry, psychological testing, primary care, and urgent care. The need keeps pointing in the same direction: people want a team, not a referral list.
We're clinician-owned. Community-rooted. And built to keep growing alongside the people we serve.
