EarliPoint for Children Ages 8 and Under
For young children, we use the EarliPoint Evaluation, an FDA-authorized assessment tool that uses eye-tracking technology to help identify autism-related patterns in social attention and engagement. It is child-friendly, non-invasive, and provides objective data that complements clinical evaluation.
OUR APPROACH
The Evaluation Process
Intake Appt
Approximately 30 minutes
We discuss developmental history, current concerns, social functioning, communication patterns, educational history, and any previous evaluations.
Testing Appt
Approximately 3 to 5 hours
A comprehensive assessment including autism-specific measures, advanced assessment technology, behavioral rating scales, cognitive testing when indicated, and clinical observations. Please bring a snack and drink. Short breaks are provided as needed.
Feedback Appt
Your clinical psychologist reviews findings, discusses diagnostic impressions, answers questions, and provides guidance on next steps. You receive a comprehensive written report following this session.

Your psychologist will review results and discuss recommendations. Depending on your needs, this may include counseling, educational supports, psychiatric services, community resources, or other supports. All of these can be accessed within Bay Wellness Group when appropriate.
