Services & Care
-
Yes. One of the key benefits of our integrated care model is that patients can access counseling, psychiatry, psychological testing, primary care, and urgent care within one connected organization. Your providers can coordinate directly when it is clinically appropriate.
-
Yes. Collaboration between providers is a core part of how we operate. With your consent, your care team shares relevant information and coordinates your treatment across service lines. You do not have to manage that communication yourself.
-
Our primary care and urgent care teams treat a wide range of medical concerns. Primary care services include preventative care, chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders, medication management for ongoing medical conditions, lab work, and health screenings. Urgent care handles non-emergency same-day concerns including colds and flu, respiratory infections, sinus and ear infections, strep throat, UTIs, minor injuries and lacerations, sprains and strains, minor burns, allergic reactions, sports and workplace injuries, and COVID-19 testing and evaluation. We also offer medical weight loss using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, and DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
-

It depends on what you are working through and what your goals are. Some people find meaningful progress in a focused course of treatment over a few months. Others benefit from longer term ongoing support. Your therapist will help you set realistic expectations and revisit them regularly as you progress.
-
Most people start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust the frequency from there based on their progress and goals. Your therapist will work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
-
That is exactly what a first conversation is for. You do not need to commit to anything before reaching out. Our team can help you understand your options and whether therapy, medication management, testing, or another service makes the most sense for where you are right now.
Counseling & Therapy
-
A psychological evaluation is a structured clinical assessment designed to answer specific diagnostic questions, such as whether ADHD, autism, or another condition is present. Therapy is an ongoing process focused on behavioral and emotional work over time. They serve different purposes and can complement each other when coordinated through our integrated care model.
-
It depends on the type and scope of the evaluation. Most evaluations are completed over one or more appointments. When you contact our team we will give you a clear timeline based on the specific evaluation you need.
-
Coverage varies by plan and the specific referral question. Our team can help verify your benefits before your evaluation begins so you know what to expect.
