Dr. Aaleiyah Spaulding
Psy.d.
Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow
Dr. Aaleiyah Spaulding is a Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow with a strong clinical focus in comprehensive psychological assessment. She brings experience conducting psychological, cognitive, personality, and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan, working with individuals navigating a wide range of psychiatric, emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and legal concerns in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Dr. Spaulding believes that a thorough evaluation is more than a diagnostic tool. It is a way to genuinely understand how someone thinks, processes, and experiences the world, and to offer recommendations that make a real difference in treatment and daily life.

Dr. Spaulding earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University in Chicago, an APA-accredited program. She was awarded her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in September 2023 and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice at the University of Illinois Springfield, where she was named to the Dean's List in 2020.
Dr. Spaulding completed her doctoral internship at Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, FL, deepening her expertise in complex clinical and forensic populations across inpatient settings.
